The charming historic Quonochontaug Grange is available for business meetings, community events, family events, baby showers, bridal showers, children’s parties, recitals, exercise classes, movies, and concerts.  One time & scheduled recurring events are welcome.  NOTE: This is a Non-Alcoholic Facility

Regular Programs

We are pleased to have these programs use our facilities on a regular basis:

Exercise & Zumba

Strength, toning and cardio offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays  8:00-9:00AM! Fun time, casual atmosphere and welcoming group!! Zumba Dance and toning Saturday 8:00-9:00AM. For more information, Contact Janice McLaughlin at 401-377-7028.

Yoga

Quonnie resident Wendy Rappaport, a movement facilitator with an expressive arts background, has partnered up with 500 E-RYT Certified instructor Gary Karten from Cranston to bring Quonny Yoga to the community.The yoga offered at Quonny Yoga is suitable for ages 50+, beginner - regular practitioner. The sequences are slow moving, yet challenging, to help you build strength & flexibility. Lots of props are provided.And those with injuries will be given adaptations to the poses.   • Sundays: Slow Vinyasa Flow, 8:00-9:30AM
  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: Quonny Yoga, 10:00-11:30AM
  • Tuesdays: Basic Yoga, 8:30-9:30 AM


Quonochontaug Historical Society Archival and Research Center
